Therefore, lots of empty houses could be found in Northern Liverpool which people do not want to buy or move in.
In these worst affected areas, the Housing Market Renewal Initiative has been taken up, whereby these buildings would be replaced by new housing built by private parties.
Also in North Liverpool area, new or improved district shopping centres are being built. Also, efforts are being made create more jobs in these areas. All these efforts are being made so that people continue to live in their existing communities enjoying better facilities.
The aim is to make the city to have attractive, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods. The demand for housing would give the impetus to maintain the value of properties in the city and if possible, to increase them during economic growth of the city.
People are travelling more to Liverpool on business or as a tourist. There are different types of accommodation for these visitors are available from cheap hostel accommodation ideal for individuals and families for a short stay to luxury hotels.
