All submissions are subjected to the Terms of Service, which may be updated from occasionally without notice. You are encouraged to regularly check them to stay current with any changes.
Description of Article Blotter Directory Services
We provide a professional review of all sites that apply to be included in the Article Blotter Directory. By submitting a URL, you acknowledge that the payment is for a review of that URL, and does not constitute inclusion in the Article Blotter Directory.
Payment
All payments are due upon submission. If for some reason your listing is not approved we will fully refund your payment to you.
Eligibility
If your submission is declined, it is possibly due to one or several of the following reasons:
a. Websites containing content such as hacking, cracking, warez will be declined.
b. Article Blotter does not accept adult-related websites. Any websites with adult material will not be accepted to the directory. Any websites already listed in our directory found to have adult-content will be removed, with no refund owed.
c. Article Blotter may remove/decline your listing:
- if it contains pornography of any type.
- If it is deemed as a "link farm".
- If it promotes any type of illegal activity.
- If your website is down/offline when we inspect your website (E-mail will be sent).
- If your site is “under construction”. Please complete your site prior to submission.
- If your site is a “mirror site”. “Mirror sites” contain identical content, but different URL's.
Placement
Article Blotter reserves the right to edit titles and descriptions, and move submissions from page to page, and category to category.
Termination
Article Blotter reserves the right to terminate a site from the directory for any breach of the Terms of Service. Article Blotter may also at any time discontinue the service with or without notice. Further, Article Blotter shall not be liable for termination of services.
